Rose Ayling-Ellis on sign language lessons
Actor Rose Ayling-Ellis, best known for Eastenders and winning Strictly Come Dancing in 2021, told Today's Martha Kearney about why learning British Sign Language should be more accessible.
She has made a new documentary called Signs for Change, which is available on 鶹ƵAV iPlayer now.
The full radio interview was BSL signed by Vivi Valiamé.
(In this video, when Rose Ayling-Ellis is talking about what the deaf community faces, it should read “And that feeling we need to be fixed, when we don’t need to be fixed.”)
