3D printed cheesecake could mark food revolution

3D printing has been around for a while. But as the technology improves, people have pushed the boundaries of what it can achieve. Now researchers at Colombia University in the US have produced a seven-ingredient vegan cheesecake assembled and cooked entirely by a 3D-printing machine. Jonathan Blutinger was one of the engineers involved in the project.
