With the next Prime Minister of the UK soon to be announced, Kirsty Wark spent the day having her leadership skills assessed, as she found out how the private sector chooses top leaders.

The day also included insights from industry experts, including those who have worked at the heart of government, about what core qualities are needed to be Prime Minister.

These include: making a connection to the people they lead, to have clarity, and clear priorities.
