As Ash, Iris and their Pokémon continue toward Striaton City and Ash’s first Unova Region Gym Battle challenge, Iris tells Ash about the Pokémon Battle Club – a place where Trainers can freely challenge and Battle one another in order to develop their skills. But when Ash accepts a Battle challenge from a Trainer there, the Battle Club is suddenly closed down, after it is discovered that someone or something has broken in!
