Team Rocket want to steal Sunyshore Tower, and they come up with a novel way to do it!
Ash and Volkner are getting ready for their Gym battle when the power goes out - and outside, they see Sunyshore Tower shaking and rumbling, about to blast off like a rocket! They get into the tower just before it takes off, only to find Team Rocket at the controls - the villains are trying to steal the tower to use as a secret base!
