Mindfulness can help calm the mind, ease anxiety and ground you in the present moment, but despite the benefits, people often struggle to fit a regular practice into their day. Izzy Judd, the author of Mindfulness for Mums, has two children with her partner, musician Harry Judd and admits giving up on mindfulness when she first became a parent as she didn't think she had time.
