The Central African Republic: The worst place to be a child

Kaga Bandoro is 400km from Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, and is one of the most underdeveloped parts of the country.

There is no police force or judicial system, and the survival of almost a quarter of a million people depends on humanitarian aid and UN peacekeepers.
