I was interviewed by the Â鶹ÊÓƵAV in a Nazi death camp

Hetty Werkendam was just 15 years old when she and her younger brothers were separated from their parents in the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. They became part of a small group of Jewish children who survived the horrors of the Nazi camp and were liberated by the British in April 1945. Now, more than 70 years on, she vividly recalls the people and the place that dramatically shaped her teenager years.
