As part of 5 live's #Mumtakeover, and to mark the beginning of Maternal Mental Health Week, we spoke to MTV presenter and mum-of-one, Lateysha Grace about how she handles co-parenting with an ex.

The 25-year-old, who found fame on reality show The Valleys, has a child named Wynter Grace Charles with her ex, Ben Charles.

"My advice to other mums who are co-parenting would be to make sure that you're never arguing in front of your child," she said.

"They shouldn't have to know about your personal issues," she added.
