'It happens over and over again at every agency'
Oxfam's handling of sexual misconduct allegations in Haiti has been condemned by the Government, with a threat that millions in taxpayer funding could be cut off.
As Hollywood star Minnie Driver becomes the first celebrity to quit as an Oxfam ambassador because of the sexual allegations former UN aid worker Imogen Wall tells Radio 4's World at One that "it happens over and over again, every mission, every agency". She added "what we need is the whole sector to start addressing this collectively".
