22-year-old Amina Atiq moved to Liverpool from Yemen when she was four.

To mark 100 years since some women got the vote, her poem 鈥淲hat chance have I got?鈥� questions identity, the pay gap and sexism.

鈥淭hey tell us we have gained in numbers, colours and voices, but what is numbers, colours in a room full of men?鈥� said Amina.

As a creative writing student at Liverpool John Moores University, Amina continues to develop her writing and 鈥済ive a voice to the voiceless鈥�.
