Uber ruling is 'regressive' says driver
Uber drivers in England and Wales have won the right to be classed as workers rather than self-employed. That means they will be entitled to holiday pay, paid rest breaks and the national minimum wage. It has been hailed a a big victory for workers' rights - but not everyone is happy. Emily Maitlis spoke to Uber driver Steven Rowe, and to Labour MP and shadow minister Chi Onwurah.
