Is the Bank of England opening up?
The Bank of England invited members of the public to have their say on the future of the financial markets at its Open Forum event in London. Speakers included the president of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi and the bank's governor Mark Carney. Some of those public attendees, who were selected by ballot, share their view on whether the day event lived up to expectations.
