The Media in Kosovo

How the media in Kosovo has developed in the last decade, and listeners' soundscapes.

Following recent elections in Kosovo, Rajan Datar presents a special edition of Over to You from a radio station in Pristina, and hears from a local editor about the how the media there has developed in the last ten years.

Plus, Dan Damon, presenter of World Update, tells Rajan about a new way for listeners to interact with that programme - listeners’ soundscapes recorded on mobile phones have depicted a surprising range of subjects, and their locations are shown on an online map.
