Are former adversaries Russia and the United States entering a new form of the Cold War?

Russia has strongly criticised the Obama administration's call for military strikes on its ally Syria, saying it disputes that President Assad would use chemical weapons. It comes after tension over Russia giving the American whistleblower Edward Snowden temporary asylum and US criticism of the Kremlin's human rights record. We discuss if we're seeing the emergence of a new form of the Cold War between the two former adversaries. Plus, we look at which city will host the 2020 Olympics, which will be announced on Saturday:
