Label founder Luke Owen selects gems from the imprint's fascinating archive. World-spanning music dating back to the 1920s such as Cambodian R&B, US gospel, Finnish polka and more.

Death Is Not The End is a London-based record label and radio show that explores the outer reaches of early 20th century field recordings, blues and gospel, global folk music and audio ephemera from pirate radio recordings to soundsystem tapes. Founder Luke Owen has been drawn towards unearthing and reissuing these unpolished raw recordings as they were "often one take cuts, straight to the lacquer; capturing a singular moment in time, never to be repeated".
