The Italian composer explores the idea of music as a portal to being more present in the moment with an hour of meditative tracks by Lyra Pramuk, Kali Malone, Mabe Fritte and more. The modular synth virtuoso curates a playlist of visionary leftfield music made exclusively by women that spans long form organ compositions, experimental cello and transcendental electronica.

Caterina Barbieri is a Milan-based composer and artist who works mainly with analogue modular hardware and generative computation to explore the power of sound and consciousness and its cathartic and transformative potential. Her latest album, Spirit Exit, is out now on the light-years label.
