More than 40 people have been arrested in a big police operation targeting people involved in courier fraud. Courier Fruad is where criminals ring you up, and persuade you they're the police or the bank...and that YOU are a victim of fraud. You're then ensnared into a fantasy of helping the police, which ultimately ends in you handing over large amounts of your money to criminals. We'll hear from someone who was caught out.

Thailand is offering itself up as a destination for people with care needs, and there are now a handful of homes there caring for British people with dementia. The World Health Organisation estimates that 50 million people worldwide have dementia, and that figure is rising. Now a team of researchers from the University of Newcastle has been visiting Thailand to see how care homes there are making great care available and affordable to British people.

And French bread is renowned for being some of the best in the world - but at the most recent World Cup of bread baking, it was China who came out top. Now leading historian Steven L Kaplan has written that French bread standards are slipping, because of pressures ranging from globalisation to complacency. We speak to French baker Richard Bertinet to find out what is happening to the French staple.
