The England Football Manager, Gareth Southgate, has captured hearts as he prepares his young team to face Croatia in the World Cup semi-final.

It's quite the turnaround for the man who's penalty was saved in Euro '96 pushing England out of that tournament.

So we'd like to know if you can relate to that. Have you bounced back from a serious setback in your life?
