They are a couple of best friends enjoying a life of two becoming one in marriage for the past 43 years.

Their careers have spanned from breeder hen farmers to Contract Analyst/ System Engineer.

Their purpose in life is to create anything that will introduce even one person to light, love and laughter. The technology of Youtube has encouraged their creative passion and they were elated when one of the videos went viral worldwide.

Rob Fairley went to Edinburgh College of Art and then moved to the Scottish west coast port of Mallaig. From Mallaig he left for the island of Shona Beag in 1975, where he lived what has been described an 'hermetic' existence, living as much as possible off the land and from the sea and making ephemeral land based work. This work recorded, for the most part, in pinhole camera images (the cameras used often being made from animal carcases) was not exhibited until 2011 when the Resipole Gallery mounted a retrospective of his 'Early Work.' 

All his work is based on the land and although very often it is not topographical it always relates in some way to the landscape and the weather, geology, stories, traditions, songs, myths that this encompasses, and what has been called the 'terra incognito' of the human mind' that is influenced by it.

Rebecca Fraser-Thill is a Lecturer and Associate Chair of Psychology at Bates College in Maine, and serves as the college’s Director of Faculty Engagement and Outreach for Purposeful Work. Her teaching, research and administrative efforts center on the application of developmental psychology and the search for meaning and purpose in work and life. She is also an independent career coach whose perspective has been shared in Business Insider, The New York Post, The Huffington Post, Dow Jones’ Moneyish, and other outlets. 

Páraic Finnerty teaches English and American literature at the University of Portsmouth. He has published a monograph on the influence of Shakespeare on the American poet Emily Dickinson and has co-authored a book on Victorian celebrity culture and Alfred Tennyson. He is currently finishing a new book-length project on Dickinson that explores her engagement with the poetry of Tennyson, the Brownings, the Brontës and George Eliot.
