Samin Nosrat is an Iranian-American chef, teacher and writer. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Bon Appétit, and the San Francisco Chronicle, among other places. Her first book is Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking.
