Broadcast live on Radio Cymru, Diwrnod Diolch o Galon is part of a year of celebrations marking the station's 40th anniversary - and an opportunity for the station to thank listeners and contributors who have played a part in its success since 1977.
There’s no need to book tickets, this event is free and open to all between 10am - 5pm.
