With only five days to go until Christmas – start your festive countdown with a special concert from the Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Philharmonic and Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Radio Manchester.
Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Radio Manchester invites you, your family and friends to join them as they record their annual Christmas Concert with the Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Philharmonic. Take your seat in the Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Philharmonic Studio and get into the festive spirit with music from The Nutcracker, Christmas favourites White Christmas, Winter Wonderland and Frosty the Snowman. They'll also be readings, poetry and carols to help you really get ready for Christmas. Presented by Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Radio Manchester's Mike Sweeney and Becky Want and featuring three choirs: Broadoak Primary School; Manchester's Kantos Chamber Choir and the Hope Choir, newly formed in partnership with Manchester homeless charity, The Mustard Tree who Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Radio Manchester have worked with this year. Fantasic local singer Lily Jo will also perform solo with the Â鶹ÊÓƵAV Philharmonic who will be conducted by guest conductor, Sergej Bolkhovets. All this plus a very special guest...
