His mega hits included Caribbean Queen and When The Going Gets Tough. The latter featured in hit movie Jewel On The Nile and saw him co-starring with Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner and Danny DeVito in that song's music video.
Billy is a long-standing Radio 2 favourite who guested recently with Steve Wright and treated Terry to a cracking version of Suddenly on Weekend Wogan.
