Fuse ODG is London-born rapper, singer and songwriter Nana Richard Abiona, of Ghanaian descent. It’s already been a pretty golden year for the 25 year-old star who has a proven track record in merging hip hop and Afrobeat influences into huge hits on-air and online.

In 2012, Fuse’s track Azonto sparked a worldwide dance craze that saw footballer Emmanuel Adebayor and Prime Minister David Cameron doing the Azonto, and hundreds of video imitations posted on YouTube. He went one better this year with his massive single Antenna, which peaked at No. 7 in the UK singles chart and prompted collaborations with Wyclef Jean, Wande Coal and R2Bees on remixes.
Rumour has it Fuse is working with Wyclef again along with a number of African singers – no doubt even bigger hits are just around the corner.
